One of the ladies at work helps out at the VA and talks about it sometimes. Have you tried talking to the veterans resources places? I googled around and it seems like there’s a lot of stuff. Even like employment things too, idk if they know about more military-friendly jobs? Maybe you could find a support group/just some plain out local Marine dudes for him to hang out with/talk to sometimes. It kinda sounds like he was steeped in Marine/military/etc culture like, all the time, and then just sorta went to having none of it and I can see where that’d be hard for him.

(Did you guys know I worry-Google things for my friends sometimes? Yeah. Thing I do.)
